My head is killing me today,
but finaly I got the Table of Contents for Forgotten Freedoms Updated. I’m up to 30 Chapters and still haven’t gotten to the good parts. Man I need to learn to not be so verbose folks. Ugh!

I hope the headaches have gone away. You either need to take a day or two away from the writing, or do some meditating – at least something to quiet the mind for a while.
